We are committed to being a listening ear when it comes to your concerns. We stand behind our ingredients and the care that goes into the production of our products. If you are dissatisfied with anything within reason we would love for you to voice your concerns with 48 hrs of receipt of your selection. There is a 7 day grace period for returns if it the order is shipped due to our error. No returns on cosmetics or custom items due to health concerns and the care that went into our customized orders. You may have to sign a waiver on all custom items.
