  • What are your hours of Operation?
    We are available 5 days a week for questions and answers. . We are a small business so we do our best to keep up with our customers request for info. Mon-Fridays only from 10-5 pm by phone Email us anytime at jleighh@inspiredfromhead2toez.com
  • What is the shipping schedule?
    Mail ships out on Mon-Friday only. Via the best method available. If you want expedited shipping that will be extra. We try to use USPS only but will consider using other methods of shipping if we need to. Custom items such as jewelry or any bling item require a 14-21 day shipping schedule. If you need it sooner please order it well in advance. Also cannot guarantee skincare items will be in stock everyday as we are a small batch operation. We will try to keep up with the demand but due to special occasions such as the holidays please have patience with us.
  • How do I return my products
    Non returnable. If item is broken during shipping please contact shipping company for their protocol for reimbursement. Insurance comes with express and 2-3 shipping under $100.
  • What if I have a problem with any products?
    Make sure you ask about all ingredients with our cosmetics. The ingredients are simple but will require you to know if you have any known allergens. We are a small business and will use all natural and organic ingredients. Thank you for your understanding on this requirement.
